We have lots of volunteer opportunities for anyone that would like to help us become a community farm. These include regular opportunities to help with day-to-day farm tasks, as well as one-off opportunities, like helping at events.
Day-to-day tasks will depend on the weather and time of year but may include: feeding and animal care; pruning, land clearance and management; and office tasks (for example, helping to prepare materials for open days). No experience is necessary but we would particularly value anyone with experience of working on farms or on environmental and conservation projects. In return, you will get an opportunity to learn about farm life and to develop new skills, and to be involved in new community food projects.
